Reservation Policy
Our reservation policy is to charge the first nights stay in full on making the reservation. This is fully refundable if cancelling more than 7 days in advance. All reservations and bookings are accepted subject to our Terms & Conditions.

Evening Meals
We do not provide evening meals, but you can have a picnic or a take-away in the Summerhouse. On the day of your arrival, if you do not wish to go out again to eat, why not bring your own picnic or let us get one for you. Please see our Picnic Options.
There are a number of reasonably priced, excellent restaurants to be found in Ellesmere, Whittington, Queens Head (all only 4 miles away) and Oswestry (6 miles). If you do not want to drive, we will be happy to arrange a taxi for you.
Smoking
There is a no smoking policy inside Yew Tree House.
Accessibility
The bedrooms and breakfast room are all on the groundfloor with no steps. However, due to the constraints of converting an existing old building we have not been able to provide wheelchair access within the bedrooms and bathrooms. Download full Accessability Statement
Pets
As much as we love animals, sorry we do not allow them in the rooms. If your pets are happy to live in your car, we are happy to have them. There is lots of land at Yew Tree House where your pet can exercise. Please note we do have a house dog.
